unable to register product - already register by an unknown person

I am trying to find a way to contact Netgear to get any help but there is no form or email that i've located. The link from a previous thread just sends me back to the original support page that i cannot log into or get help from. Thanks. That doesn't really provide any help to resolve my issue. Although i did private message the person in the thread who seems to be an employee.
