400 page error on configuration page of Schedule "Time of day to block" page

Firmware Version: V1.0.1.62_1.0.41
Advanced--security--schedule:

Uncheck the "All day", then whatever time selected, click the "Apply" button, it will show:
MS edge:
400 Bad Request
This server does not support the operation requested by your client.
With IE:
The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 400
Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date

Any HTTP 4xx error suggests a firmware bug. A settings reset might
help, but, when that fails, you might try different/older firmware.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads. (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".) Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions. (In the User Manual, look for "firmware", and,
especially, for a topic like "Manually Upload Firmware to the Router".)
