AC1200 R6220

How do I set up a guest connection on the AC1200   R6220? I just installed it and it automatically updated the newest firmware.

Many people would follow the instructions in the R6220 User Manual.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for "Set Up a
Guest WiFi Network"?

I didn't find a manual in the box the router came in. I did find it on web and you were correct about the guest log in on page 122. I had to search that myself since you didn't tell me where to look on the manual. No being a techno nerd I do appreciate your response in helping me.

Thanks again!

Providing one would cost actual money.  When was the last time you
bought any high-tech gizmo which came with a useful manual on paper?

I don't know which program you used to read the (PDF) manual (Acrobat
Reader, some web-browser built-in, ...?), but it almost certainly has a
Search feature which would have done the job easily.  A search for
"guest" would probably have been sufficient.

You might save some time and effort by learning a few more of the
basics.  ("What?  I don't need to buy a separate ratchet handle for
every socket?  Why didn't anyone tell me that?")
