AC750 Dual Band WiFi Router

We need a router that will work best with our 300Mbps internet for an approximately 1400 sq. ft. home.  Would the R6020 AC750 Dual Band WiFi Router be a good fit for us?  There's only two of us in the household, and we typically only have one TV streaming at a time.  TIA!

I'd say no.  Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in that model
number, and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual or the Product
Data Sheet.  Look for the Ethernet port speeds.  I see specifications
like the following (from the Product Data Sheet):

Five (5) 10/100Mbps (1 WAN and 4 LAN) Fast Ethernet ports with
      auto-sensing technology

Where "Fast Ethernet" means faster than the typical speeds in 1985.

If your Internet connection is faster than 100Mb/s, then you should
probably look for a router with "gigibit" (1000Mb/s = 1Gb/s) Ethernet
ports.  I wouldn't limit my search to Netgear, either.

I'd expect 10Mb/s to satisfy that requirement, but if I were paying
for a 300Mb/s connection, then I'd want at least some probablity of
getting more than a third of that.
