Access Control

Hey guys was wondering if anyone else has the same issue as me with being abl;e to updatate a Allowed Access Devise.

 

When I go into ADVANCED tab --> Security --> Access Control I have two devises that have a status of Blocked. These devises are in fact NOT Blocked and they work fine. BUT there Status says blocked. I try and select both or just one to change the status by clicking on the Allow button. But everytime the page reloades they still indicate they're blocked. I am running firmware V2.01.26

 

Any help would be great. Thank you!

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the back log in the system. Are you still having issues with the Access Control? Are using the Cable modem/router C6300? What version? Have you tried using a different web browser or device? After you click on Allow or Block option, did you click on the Apply button afterward?
