All of a sudden I can't connect to a specifik web address

All of a sudden, for no apparent reason I can't connect to the log-in page of my bank's website. I have no problem visiting the site as such, but when I click on the link to the log-in web page it dosn't load. I get an error message that the server can't be found. I got the IP address from my bank and have tried pinging it, but it's the same thing. I have tried using multiple web browsers and I know the router is causing the problem since I have by-passed it, connecting directly to my ISP, and then I have no problem connecting to the page. I have no blocking switched on and I checked that the MTU setting is correct after reading about it here on the forum. I have tried rebooting the router several times. Nothing works, though. It is as if the server doesn't exist. This first happened last week and then the problem went away, but then it came back again yesterday and it has stayed stuck and I can't log in to my internet bank.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause and how I can solve it?

Have you tried changing your dns provider?

You could change to googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1

Current Setup: CM2000-> SXK30-> GS716v2-> RAXE500->
