Bridging/ad-hoc

Hi all.  I don't know if it is even possible, but want to set up a home wireless network that shares resources between several computers, wired and wireless, printers and a USB hard drive, AND, when available, connects to the internet via a (phone) hotspot.  I suspect that I will need two wifi routers, one as the hub, then wired to a 2nd which is configured as a bridge.

Please advise.

TIA

Shane.

That sounds to me about right.  You might be able to find a
purpose-built wireless bridge which is cheaper than a full-function
router (to use as a bridge).  (Or a non-phone hotspot device which
offers an Ethernet port.)
