C6250 NETGEAR Login issue

I wanted to View the Traffic Statistics and Traffic Status.  So, I needed to log into  http://www.routerlogin.net using admin and password but it took me to a password reset page where I first entered the router's Serial Number and then it asked me for two security questions (which I don't remember giving in the first place at some point in the past)--which was incorrect and so I got a dialog box of "The information you entered does not match what is saved on the router. Please enter it again."  So I am stuck, and unable to log in.  How do I fix this problem so I can view my traffic statistics?

    First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Are you still unable to login to the user interface of your Cable gateway? If not, please reset the C6250 and try to set it up again.
