C6300 USB connection

I'm havng an issue establishing a connection between my C6300 and my new WD My Book 4TB External Hard Drive  USB 2.0/3.0 (Model: WDBBGB0040HBK-NESN). PLEASE don't tell me it can't be done.

What format do you have the drive in? 

Certain formats are compatible.

its not all inclusive its just the "reported to work" drives. 

 

Is it showing up in the readyshare drive when you log in via the browser? 

Current Setup: CM2000-> RBK750-> GS716v2-> RAXE500-> Pi-hole->

It's format is exFAT but I'm not sue if it's 16 or 32, (probally 32).

It's not on the "proven works" list. Smiley Sad

It's not on the "proven works" list. :smileysad:------Just cause its not on the list, doesn't mean it won't work. Format it to a supported format and try it.
