CM1000 troubleshooting
How come as a customer in the US I have to tolerate terrible support service from overseas? I'm not buying anymore Netgear products until I can get local support. I'm tired of wasting my time listening to people in other countries struggle with the language and then not be able to solve problems. Why do we tolerate this from busniesses? We pay good money for products and then get terrible support
