Can't log in to Netgear Genie
I can't log in to Genie no matter what I do, on either Windows 10 PC or iPhone SE. Have scoured the Netgear Community and done Google searches and tried everything recommended but nothing has worked. When I click Parental Controls Genie doesn't even identify router, even though I'm connected to WiFi. I am really exasperated and would welcome any help. Thanks.
