Can't register product
I tried to register my product and I get a message saying it's already been registered by a member of Support. What is the solution to this problem?

First check that you aren't mixing up 0s and Os. (The support people say this is a common error.)
If you can't get in then your best bet is to message one of the official support people who hang out here.
By the way, this is a pretty common issue.
