Cannot access RBR50 from desktop. Get 401 unauthorized error. Follow steps and still no access
Can no longer access RBR50 from desktop. I attempt to access 192.168.1.1 and I get an immediate 401 unauthorized error. I can follow the steps of entering the serial number and changing the password but still cannot access from the desktop. It does change the password which I must use when accessing via the orbi app, Thankfully it still works and I can see me network.
I have been using the three orbi RBR50 network for five years and have never had this issue. Any thoughts on what the problem is and how to correct? I have the latest firmware.
Thanks,

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
