Cannot access admin page on AC1750 R6300

Question

I wanted to set up a guest network on this device, but I cannot access the admin home page when I plug in the IP or routerlogin.net. I have even done a factory reset twice, and I still cannot access this at the indicated subnet IP of 192.168.0.1 or the routerlogin.net. This was configured before to be an AP as it was connected out to another netgear device further downstream on my network. I can access the router through this device and configure Guest Access there, but not on this device. What is strange is that even though it seems as though it was doing the reset, my Wifi networks are still available so I am not convinced it worked either time. I held down the reset button until the lights flashed then released.

I am at a loss as to why the factory reset does not fix this issue.

While I appreciate your "attempt" at helping here, your reply was mostly fileld with snarky answers.&nbsp; Trying to be funny or coy with comments about not being psychics and making rude comments about "thanks for that detailed description" are not helpful. Please go troll somewhere else. Asking for more information is one thing, but if I had all the answers when I wrote it, I would not have posted for some assistance. I am all set now anyway.&nbsp;
