Cannot access router management
I have not been able to access the router management page using a computer or mobile app since lately. I have tried chrome, safarit, firefox and the Genie app. I even tried my laptop hard wired ethernet. This is a cable modem/router combination. I did try to power cycle it last night but I got the same results when it came back online. It works fine for internet, but I do like to have access to the router managemnet occasionaly.

Re: Cannot access router management
Yes the model is C6300. I tried that router IP and routerlogin.net in different web browsers. It has always has been 192.168.0.1.

Re: Cannot access router management
Have you tried a factory reset?
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?

Re: Cannot access router management
I have not done a factory reset as that is probably too drastic to do now. Will that erase all configs such as SSIDs and passwords?

Re: Cannot access router management
Yes. but you can put in the same ssid/password when you reinstall and devices should auto-reconnect
