Cannot set qos by device

hello, I am trying to set qos rules by device for my xboxone but each time I do it just resets. I click set by device, (I've tried then setting the priority for the Xbox as highest now, as well as just setting it by device and editing devices later, no difference) and I click apply. It says applying settings with the bar but once it has supposedly applied it goes back, but nothing is changed. Any ideas? Firmware is V1.1.0.50_1.0.1      Thank you!

Hi @Lukaka,

 

After you select the XBOX and set the priority to High then click on Add, the XBOX should appear on the QoS rules box. When you click on Apply and go back to the same page, the XBOX should remain on the QoS rules box.
