Case number
I am trying to register my router so I get priority in the support queue, but although the registration process says I successfully registered it, I don't see how to get a support case number. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Does the device show up in MyNetgear?

That will tell you if it is registered.
If so, start a support case there.
