Configure USB printer using Netgear DGND3700 as a secondary router
I try to configure USB printer as a Network wireless printer using 2 routers
Sagemcom F@ST 3864AC. Primary modem provided by ISP. Has no print server and no bridge/repeater option.

Is it possible to configure Netgear as a second modem (wireless connection preferred) then attach printer to Netgear print Server and use it as Network printer? Your suggestion will be highly appreciated

That is not a "modem". It is a modem/router.
Your Netgear DGND3700 isn't a router. Is is an ancient (2011) modem/router. But you can use it as a router, bypassing the modem bit.

You do not want a second "modem" to connect the printer you want a router. But you already have one of those.
That is important because it means that you should not add another router to your network.
But two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local address problems. Among other things, the other router can misdirect addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
Add the DGND3700 to your existing modem/router and you run into the "Double NAT" problem.
The normal suggestion for dealing with that is to use the second device, the DGND3700, as a wireless access point. (That means plugging the DGND3700 into the F@ST 3864AC.) But that removes a lot of the features:

You might be able to set up the DGND3700 as a repeater. (Read the bit in the manual Building Wireless Bridging and Repeating Networks.) But you'll have to work out how to get your modem/router to pay ball.
Whether or not this will give you wifi access to the printer is another matter. Not knowing what that printer is, it is anybody's guess.
When it comes to setting up the DGND3700, this may not be the best place to look for help.
