D6400 Mobile Devices suddenly have no www connections at all

Hi All,

 

D6400 Firmware Version V1.0.0.88_1.0.88

Purchased: 23 March 2020

 

The D6400 has been working flawlessly for 6 months and now, suddenly, no Mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Android, other makes of 'Pads' or Tablets) cannot get a www access even though they can connect to the D6400 WIFI.

This is overt he 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz services.

 

Other WIFI Devics such as a MacBooks, PC laptops, iMacs have no problems connecting to the D6400 Wifi and getting all normal www traffic.

 

I have checked the DNS (and reset them) on the Devices, but no solution 😞

 

This issue has happened previously on a previous D6400 and the only solution was to purchase a new D6400 😮 (only lasted 14 months).

It has now happened again.

 

All sugessstions very welcome, thank you,

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Do you still have the issue on your smartphones? Have you tried changing the wireless channels of the modem/router? When did you last update the firmware of the modem?
