DG834N help wanted

Hi all.

Wife just bought iPasd2. DG834N will not recognise the WiFi address. Software version V1.02.08. Tried to download update but zip file will shows as unreadable img file. Not tech savvy on these issues. Help appreciated. Dfridgie:)
