DGN3500 Cannot Access Readyshare Drive

Trying to transfer files across HDDs on computer to external HDD connected to USB on the DGN3500 router. Windows 7 explorer reads an error

"there is a problem accessing readyshare, make sure you are connected to the network and try again."

This happens both in wireless and wired modes.

Any thoughts?

Check that the drive is recognised by the router by looking at the User Interface.

Also do you have the latest firmware?
