DS6400 - Connected but no internet

Just moved house and currently only able to connect without internet. Everything is connected and active on ISP end and NBN technician has checked all lines and everything is good. ISP able to detect a signal from modem but no connection. Still only able to connect without internet. ISP ran through Netgear Genie settings with me and everything seems fine (was told to note I have unchecked the "enable this interface" on Netgear Genie) with no success. ISP has said that the issue must be with the Netgear modem/router, despite using this modem at our previous house for 4 years with no issues.

Is there anything else I can try or do I need to purchase a new modem/router?

What service do you have to your residence? 

NBN just tells us you have australian internet connection. 

Does it come with a modem/gateway?
