Dell Latitude drops wireless on a N150 router

I am on a Comcast broadband. I have a motorola modem sb6141 with a Netgear N150 router wpn824n

My work Dell Latitude will drop the wireless connection.  Other devices on my network will remain connected.   The odd thing is the Dell will work on other wireless networks without a problem including the one at my work.

Is there a known incompatibility between a Dell 7240 and a Netgear N150?

Re: Dell Latitude drops wireless on a N150 router

Hi @Niner108,

Welcome to the community!

We don't have any known issues with Dell laptop model you have.

Can you check if you have Fragmentation Length and RTS/CTS Threshold on the router settings. This can be seen under "Advanced" > "Wireless Settings" and set it to 2304.

After saving the settings, connect your Dell laptop to the network and check if it's stable.

Kindly, verify if your laptop uses Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11AC Wi-Fi for the wireless adapter.

If the problem persists, set the settings back to its default settings.

Let us know what happens.
