Differing Performance Level Between R6250 and R6300

Hi
Would a model R6300 give me any better range of signal, compared to a R6250?
I currently have a R6250 installed. I have several cinder block walls that really diminish my signal radius within my building.
Would the R6300 perform any better in this aspect?
The only difference I see is a speed rating difference, which is not of concern to me.
FWIW I've tried a N300 range extender with my R6250. The performance of the N300 is inconsistent.
Thanks

There are also physical limitations to how much a signal can be extended, at we're close or at them right now. You'll notice no difference between these two models

A r7000 would be your best option in my opinion. The 6300 is old stuff the r7000 has Much better coverage.
Extenders are a joke in my opinion.
