I've never touched an Orbi, so I know nothing, but, on a handy
D7000[v1] (V1.0.1.70_1.0.1), there's ADVANCED > Advanced Setup >
Wireless Settings : Enable Wireless Router Radio (for each radio).
Note that with "ADVANCED > Setup > Wireless Setup" and "ADVANCED >
Advanced Setup > Wireless Settings", it's easy for a sloppy description
to mislead. Some careful exploration (and note taking) might be
helpful.
Sadly, the RBR50 User Manual didn't reveal much (to me, if there is
anything to be revealed), but you could visit http://netgear.com/support
, put in your model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User
Manual. Perhaps your search will find more than mine did.

Re: Disable 5ghz on Orbi
The solution from this thread worked great for me on an internet camera and robot vacuum: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/Can-I-Temporarily-Turn-Off-5GHz/m-p/1666642/highlight/false#M4...
Short version: go to Advanced Setup>Wireless Settings>Advanced Wireless Settings (5GHz 802.11a/n/ac)>Transmit Power Control and decrease the 5GHz strength to 25%. Then you can use your phone on 2.4GHz for setup.

Re: Disable 5ghz on Orbi
Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion. I guess it is the doorbell I bought that has a problem. I did what you recommended but unfortunately the doorbell and my mobile phone refused to be paired.
I might ask for replacement or refund for the doorbell.
Cheers.
