Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get some. Read. Look for "blue". If you don't
find it anywhere, then I'd guess not. It's not a Bluetooth adapter.

Re: Does Netgear WG111v3 wireless adaptor support Blue Tooth?
I looked recently for a USB adapter that combined wifi and bluetooth. Nothing from Netgear.
By the way, the WG111u3 is so old, 2008, that is won't support much of anything these days. No drivers for Windows 10. for example.
Just another user.

Thanks for your help. I realize the adaptor is old and was not optomistic about blue tooth capability. Recently I plugged the adaptor into a Windows 10 system and it is connecting well with my wyfi system. Speed does not appear to be a limitation so far. The Netgear adaptor is using Windows drivers.

What does that mean, exactly? "No _separately_distributed_ drivers
for Windows 10"? If Microsoft has included the required driver in its
Windows 10 distribution (and/or Windows Update), then you might not find
a separate kit from Netgear.

Not amazing (except, perhaps, to some of us).
In many cases, little gizmos like this are little more than a
(standard) chip in a package. Multiple vendors sell them, and one
driver fits all. And Microsoft distributes it.

That works for some adapters. Sadly not all of them.
Microsoft does try to throw in drivers for well known chip makers, Realtek for example, but Netgear has abandoned too many older USB adapters.
I usually suggest trying native drivers when people turn up here with problems with newer Netgear USB adapters.
I have a Netgear adapter of a similar vintage to yours. It doesn't work.
Depending on how powerful you need the wifi bit to be, you can get a combined BT/Wifi adapter for next to nothing. Mine is from Edimax. It only does 2.4 GHz, but so does your WG111v3.
