EX6120 not working

Hi all.
It seems mt EX6120 is died, no lights at all even using on/off button does nothing. Thought it would last longer, only purchased via Amazon mid December last year.
Does anyone have the procedure for a replacement as we do need it, when all was fine it was a great boost for a slow part of the house.
Amazon just has a 'Get product Support' button against purchase which send me to Netgear site.
All help will be greatly received.
Stay safe

click mynetgear at the top. Register an account and then the device. From there it'll show you if your device is still within warranty/support time period.

Re: EX6120 not working
Hi , Thanks for response. As suggested, l checked and it shows my extender with Hardware support until 11/12/21.
So l guess after looking further into it l have to obtain an RMA - what fun.
Also embarassed about the two bad typo's on original message!
Thanks again

Re: EX6120 not working
Did you check that it isn't just the power adapter that has gone bad?
If you have something similar lying around – check the volts and amps – you could try that.
These are generic devices. MIght be cheaper to buy a replacement than faff around with returns.
