Extending wifi range
Hi
Looking to try and extend the Home WiFi to my cabin at the end of the garden, my current fibre router is at the front of the property and I have a EX3700 WiFi extender plugged into the back porch for a WiFi cctv camera and this is giving 50% WiFi speed half way up the garden but wondering if I could plug in a network cable into the porch EX3700 and run the cable upto the cabin and then plug it into an additional EX3700 to give WiFi up there or could someone suggest something else?

Re: Extending wifi range
You can try that route. In theory it should work (provided the ethenet run isn't to long).
You'll set the 2nd ex3700 to run in access point mode.
You could also use a mesh system like netgear orbi or the MK series. They're a mesh system so support seamless roaming and wired backhaul.
