GENIE- Incomplete list of connected devices is shown

Genie shows just SOME of the devices actually connected to my LAN, both wired and wireless.

Sometimes the list changes when I click on REFRESH, though no device was connected nor disconnected in the meantime.

The problem is present both using Firefox and Chrome.

Firmware Version V1.1.00.15

Is there anything I can/should do to get a complete list ?
