Gigabit Internet slowed down through the router. 1Gbps to ~300Mbps
I have gigabit fiber internet through ATT. I prefer not to use their router so I use IP Passthrough to send everything to my WNDR4500v3 router.
At one point I was getting a gigabit speed through the router months ago. For the last few months I can only get around 300Mbps. I connect up to the ATT router and I am back to 1Gbps.
Any idea why there would be this slowdown? I did the MTU check but I wasn't dropping any packets.

Hi @NetworkTexas,
Good day!
Sounds like you got a speed problem here. Can you check if you're getting green light on the router where the laptop is connected to? Make sure that you are using the same ethernet cable you use when you connect your laptop directly to the other router. Another thing, are you getting same exact problem on all ports on the router? If yes, it could already be a hardware problem and needs a replacement.
