Hardware warranty
My router is not working. It is 11 months old, Best Buy said I have to contact net gear to get it replaced. How do I get it replaced? I have the receipt.

@wcalifas is right. Tell us what has gone wrong and there may be ways to recover. That could be the quickest solution.
