Hi @KhoiVo2, welcome to the community! You may want to test out your connection straight from the modem first to check and make sure that the issue is not there. If it is all good on the modem end, then you may want to do a couple of troubleshooting like resetting the router or changing some channels if the issue is on the wireless end.
