How does Netgear guarantee safe delivery of gadgets bought from their online stores?
I Bought RBK753 from Netgear online store. Netgear uses Fedex to deliver and share tracking number to me. When checking the Fedex, the items shows delivered and cant give who signed as to have received the luggage. Items seems lost and Netgear seems to have a disclaimer they dont sort luggages if they get lost.. Fedex advise to place a claim. I am just curious as to who should place this claim. Is it the sender or recipient of the luggage? Why cant Fedex simply show proof of delivery by showing who signed for the luggage? Any one with such an experience and how did you handle it?
