How to set WNDR3700 DNS lease time?

I know there is an ongoing issue with attached devices losing their DNS leases but my previous router (Belkin Pre-N) allowed me to set the lease time to whatever I wanted for any connected device.

I know I can avoid this by using static IP addresses for my attached PCs but I can't set a static IP for my Roku or my wireless printer so they periodically lose access to the internet when their leases expire.....Does anyone know how to set the DNS lease times instead of leaving it to the router to do so?

BTW, I have WNDR3700 V1 firmware :V1.0.7.98NA

Also, I've heard that firmware V1.0.14.98 is out but i could not find it on the NetGear website. Does anyone have a link to it?
