C6300[v1] or C6300v2? Look for "Model" on the product label.

Which one? A C6300[vX] is a dual-band router, so it could have two
SSIDs.

"my tv" is not a very detailed description of anything.
Do other wireless devices work as expected with your C6300[vX]? Does
your (unspecified) "my tv" find other wireless-network signals?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.
Look for the LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Pay particular
attention to the "WiFi On/Off button". Did you press it? Further
reading might not hurt, either.

Are you using the TV's set up routine to connect?
Can other devices find the wifi?
What is this TV?
By the way, a wired connection is usually best. Wifi can be hard to set up on many TVs and often unreliable.
If you can't plug the TV into the router, then Powerline Ethernet can be a great alternative.
