Internet light is amber

As the title says, the internet icon is shining in amber, I have no internet. I've read that you're supposed to restart your modem and so on, but I don't have a modem. The cable runs directly from the wall in to the router. It has worked fine for 5 years but then we had a power outage 3 days ago. It hasn't worked since. I've tried doing a factory reset too.

I'll be very happy if someone could help!

Hello @roanaur

Welcome to the community!

Who is your ISP?

Try to do a power cycle by turning off everything then power on the router then the computer.

What kind of details have you configured in the router page?

You may also try to follow the provided steps below that is applicable to your connection.

Update: I put in my ISP details into the router and now it's shining green. Still won't give me internet acces though, it's elling me that the DNS servers aren't responding...
