Meural Canvas II - Fill Mode Not Working

Hi all,

I am really happy with my Meural Canvas II. Recently they just included NFT support as well. Yay!
One thing that I have trouble with is the fill mode, all 4 modes are not working for me. For some videos and images it works for others it doesn't. I am very confused as the cropping function for videos doesn't work and I would love to have proper fill mode adjustments so as to display images and videos properly. Btw the possibility to change the colors is not working either.
My Meural is relatively new (ca. 4 months old) and up to date.

Has anyone found a solution for this yet?

That's not one of the General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk and Non-Orbi) devices coved in this section.

 

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
