My Meural Canvas has started going black (not going to sleep, just displaying a black screen rather than the photos it should be displaying). It will often go several minutes before the display “recovers” and then will display correctly for just a couple of minutes before going black again.
At first I thought maybe the images just hadn’t loaded correctly when first sent to the canvas (as the problem originated when I uploaded a number of new photos), but I’ve since noticed that it blacks out even on playlists that have displayed in their entirety in the past.
I saw in the forum that others have also had this issue, but I didn’t see any solution given. Any input is appreciated, as I’m past my 90-day tech support window!
