Neat gear Genie just spins for AC1750
When I try and log into my AC 1750 router, Neatgear genie just spins. I’m able to actually log into it but the genie page displays nothing. When I try clicking on any of the tabs everything just spins. I’m unable to do anything or see anything once logged in because it just shows a spinning symbol. I am logged in using a wired Ethernet cable. Also Internet works perfectly fine. Is there something I’m missing? Help!

Re: Neat gear Genie just spins for AC1750
are you using the genie program or logging in through the browser?
I'd recommend the browser.
have you tried a different device or web browser?

I am having the exact same problem. I login and when you go to different parts of the site, there is just a spinning wheel. Tried Chrome and Firefox all updated.

Re: Neat gear Genie just spins for AC1750
I logged in through my browser. I just put in my routers IP address in the html address spot. I tried from my phone and got the same thing. I’m able to sign in and get to the Netgear Genie page but unable to do or see any info because it just displays a spinning icon.

Have you tried a factory reset and install on the router?
