Need help considering my options

I'm a (somewhat enraged) european customer of this modem\router.
I've bought the 3700 back in december, not knowing it was already about 4 years old. My fault. Up to now i had no issues (and judging by the many threads i've read i'm reeeally lucky). The thing that enraged me is the lack of future IPv6 support for this otherwise good router which, i'd like to stress this, i thought was pretty new stuff and not about 4 years old already.
So i came here to consider my options with you more experienced Netgear people.
What shall i do?
- Return it for a refund?
- Call Netgear and ask for... i don't know... ?
- SUE Netgear?
The best option would be to install some custom firmware.
Which one would you suggest?

Re: Need help considering my options

Netgear did some testing on a Beta version of firmware that supports IPv6.

I would suggest that you chase Netgear for some kind of support.

Notably today IPv6 was officially launched and various site will now permanently support IPv6.

Currently some European countries are better than others for being ready to move across to IPv6. The UK is not in the top ten, but some European countries are doing much better:

Thanks for your reply, you mean chasing them by phone or is there a better way to get in touch with them for more technical matters like this?
