Need help on opening UDP ports oh my r6220 Wi-Fi router

I am in the process of installing a Sprint mobile signal booster. As part of that installation, I need to open UDP ports 53, 67, 500 and 4500 bi-directionally

Need some help on how to do this, I have no idea where to start!

Not a very detailed description of anything.  Has it a model number?

Says who?  Are you following some set of instructions?  (Thanks for
the helpful link?)

The product documentation is usually a good place.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for "Port
Forwarding"?
