Need help with wndr4500 v1

Hello my wndr4500 was working great until a few day ago when a power surge happened now the router is stuck with an amber solid light. I tried tftp but no luck the router make 1-4 pings before it give a no response error. Please help?

If the router is still within its hardware warranty period then Tech Support may help, have you contacted them?

warranty period expired a while back so i guess its dead or can it still be recovered?

Unfortunately, if the router does not respond to ping it's already considered faulty and needs replacement.
