Netgear Modem router combo wifi DSL with phone jack

I have AT&T, telephone landline, with DSL that has a Netgear AT&T, modem router combo wifi, Model: B90-755025-15, Style GADSL. I need to replace it due to problems dropping internet & connecting to the wifi!!

Netgear & AT&T customer service, have told me, Netgear Modem router combos DSL with phone jacks are not made anymore & non are available.

I have searched the internet for Netgear modem router wifi combo DSL with phone jack & cannot locate one.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a Netgear modem router wifi DSL with phone jack??

OR,

If cannot locate a Netgear modem router wifi DSL with phone jack, is there another competitor make & model that will work with AT&T DSL phone line jack??

I am in my late 70's, I do not have a cell phone, I use only my landline.
