Netgear R6100 internet

I use the 5ghz version, but now that doesn't even load.
2.4ghz ver loads but takes forever to load something simple.
And it certainly isn't my internet going bad because I ran a speed test and I get 36mbps.

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Are your other devices working fine (wired and wireless)?
3. Does the issue persist only on your phone (please indicate brand and model)?
4. Have you tried changing the wireless channel? If not, check the link below for the steps.

5. Have you tried resetting (factory reset) the router?

2. No, the only device that seems to work with the router is my Kindle fire 7 tablet
3. It persists on all the phones currently here. LG G4, LG Ultimate 2, and a Samsung s4
4. Can't change the channel as it isn't allowing me to login at all
