Netgear WNHDE111 and DGN2200/N300
Hello, in case you didn't guess, I have a N300 and a WNHDE111 AP. I am trying to link these together wirelessly.
In the router I have enabled Wireless Repeating Function on the N300, and set it to be the Wireless Base Station. I have entered the MAC of the WNHDE111 into the N300.
On the WNHDE111 I have enabled WDS, and entered the N300's MAC, but when I go to the N300 status page, it says the Wireless Repeating Link Status is down.
I have made sure the MACs are correct on both sides, and they are.
Channel is set to 13 on the N300, and the channel on the WNDE is set as 153 (I can't change this).
There is no wireless password on either device.
Any suggestions?

And you are in a region that can can use channel 13?
Wireless repeating can only use WEP or no security at all and 54Mbps. Speed is also halved.

I think dgndxx should have WPS buttons
Use WPS setup for connecting the WHNDE111
Use WPS setup for connecting the WHNDE111

Re: Netgear WNHDE111 and DGN2200/N300
Hello, I tried all of your advice, but I still can't get it to repeat.
The router does not pickup the repeaters, even when I try to add them via WPS. I tell the router to search for WPS devices, and then it says it's searching and for me to push the WPS button on the repeater, so I push the physical WPS button on the repeater and nothing happens. The router does not detect the WPS.
I've also tried on the repeater to see if it picks up the router via WDS, but does the same.
I have 3 WNHDE111s and they all do the same.

There appear to be no answer to my question yet.
Are you living in a region that allows the use of channel 13?

Re: Netgear WNHDE111 and DGN2200/N300
The WNHDE111 is a 5GHz only unit http://www.netgear.com/about/press-releases/2008/20080730.aspx hence the channel number of 153 which is a 5GHz channel number.
The DGN2200 is 2.4GHz only, the channel number 13 is a 2.4GHz channel .
Those two devices are incapable of communicating with each other.
