No file or printer sharing
I setup 2 new computers running Windows 7 , Epson Artisan 50 printer, and NETGEAR WNR2000 router. Each computer set for file sharing, network discovery is on and password protection is off. Microsoft firewall only (No NORTON at this time). Printer is attached to computer ‘A’.
I can ping router and computer ‘B’ from ‘A’ and get a response. But when I ping from ‘B’, I get a response only from pinging the router. Pinging computer ‘A’ times out.
From computer ‘A’, using Control / Network and Sharing Center, both computers show up on SSID and Network Map with proper share available.
From computer ‘B’, only ‘B’ shows up on SSID. On the Network Map, computer ‘A’ is shown, but is not accessible.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: No file or printer sharing
Disabled windows firewall on both computers. From 'B', I can see 'A' on both SSID and Network Map. Hoewver, I get the error:
Windiows cannot access \\’A’
Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network.
when trying to access 'A' from 'B'. A 'little bit better' but still no sharing.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Any more?

Re: No file or printer sharing
Still no access to 'A' from 'B'. Either files or printer. Now, I see 'A' from 'B' only in the Network Map.
Same error - Windows cannot access \\'A'
Driving me crazy
Thanks
