Not satisfied with Netgear support , 1 month already crossed POP not validated

Hi team,

I have raised one suport case on 25th DEC-2019 regarding pop valdiation.

But till now it is not yet valdiated.

The purchase date is 2-nov-2018, but they mentioned as 11-FEB-2018.

The box contains 2 years of waranty, but the support team given only 1 month.

I am not sure what kind of support they are giving.

i am totally not satisfied with netgear support team.

my case id is 42092101.

every day i am calling to customer care, but they are not helping.

i will suggest evryone not to buy any product from netgear.

The boxes advertise 90 days of free support. After that, its paid.  There's nothing hidden about that. Consumer networking products can't be an individual or companies IT department. 

They do warranty their products from failure which is the 2 years warranty.

Plus this is the community forum where members of the public are trying to help others out. We're not netgear.

The product is not working, so they should give 2 yrs warranty and since it is under warranty they should replace it.

does the product turn on and run? You said it was just an issue with pop validation. If everthing works but that, netgears not going to replace it as the product isn't defective. Otherwise every single router maker would have to return a product when a bug was found. And every single router has bugs or there'd never be updates. maybe your specific bug isn't getting addressed but that doesn't make the device defective. 

None of the case # info means anything to the public members on here as we aren't netgear.

Product is defective, internet is not working.
That is why customer care raised the ticket,
To replace the product they need to verify proof of purchase first.
I have already sent them on 25th Dec 2018, but they are not validating.
Router is just on but nothing is working, product has bug now.
