ORBI WiFi network
I have one wireless network, "Orbi21", three of the 4 devices (computers) show that they are using "Orbi 21" but one of the 4 devices indicates that it is connected to "Orbi21 2". When I attempt to access one from the other I am told that the device (Computer's name) is not accessible and I may not have permission to use this network resource. On all computers, I have granted full sharing (all files and drives) and full permissions to "Everyone". I suspect the difference in network names is causing a problem but I've been unable to get the "Orbi21 2" computer to join Orbi21.

"access" how, exactly? Sone kind of file sharing? Remote Desktop?
Other?

Perhaps indirectly. I do approximately nothing with wireless
networking on Windows, so I know nothing, but I'd expect the Windows
Public/Private characteristic of a network connection to depend on the
SSID. If you use different SSIDs from any computer (for any reason),
then you might need to ensure that each network connection on that
computer is set to "Private" if you want Windows to allow various kinds
of sharing.
_You_ may know that the different SSIDs all come from the same router
and the same LAN, but Windows may see them as independent/different.
