do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
ISP's are great at saying the signal's fine when it really isn't

Your power is out of spec and your logs indicate line issues.
You're power should be between -7.5 to 7.5dbmv.
Technically you're within spec but the log also indicate line connection issues.
Check the line for splitters, amplifiers, signal attenuators. remove them if you do.
Also, check for kinks, bends, bad/old/cheap/corroded connectors.
I tell people to move the modem to right where the coax enters the home and connect it .

Thank you for the info. The coax cable comes from the roof and connects to the my apt through the window. And I don't have cable splitters, ampliers except the coax cable itself which connects to the router.
For the bends, perhaps this is the only minor bend I see on the cable. The techinican helped me to install the internet a year ago and I've been using it ever since.
Is replacing the cable the way to fix the connection issues in this case? Then I'll contact optimum for that.
