Orbi RBR50 - Samsung TV Connected to Network but not the Internet
Hi all.
Been a while getting around to fixing this issue. Samsung TV was previously connected via Wifi to the internet via modem.
After buying and connecting the Orbi the TV can’t connect to the internet but can connect to the network.
I troubleshooted with Samsung and discovered that I can still via Ethernet connect straight into the modem but something is blocking with the Orbi.
Any ideas?

thats a modem/router combo device.
it causes a double nat.
What is Double NAT? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
have you tried putting the netgear in AP mode?
or the Fast device in passthrough/modem only mode?

That's the easiest way to do it.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Use the router as a WiFi access point.
